David Aschheim
Chief Executive Officer
David has extensive experience in property development and management, completing tenant up-fits, building redevelopments, and renovations, and assisting landlords with out-of-market locations. He established Terien to manage one of the top-performing Sola Salons franchise territories in the country. David is a recognized leader as a multi-unit operator in the Sola franchise community, sitting on national boards and the recipient of multiple Sola national awards.
Meredith Hertzler
Director of Sales & Marketing
With more than 15 years at Terien, Meredith is a key member of the company's leadership team, helping guide the growth and performance of its Sola Salons portfolio across Virginia. She leads sales and client relations while also playing an active role in marketing, communications, team development, and company-wide initiatives. Her focus is on building strong teams, supporting Sola Pros, and creating consistent processes that support the company's continued growth.
Becky App
Director of Finance
Rebecca is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 30 years of accounting experience, licensed since 2003. Her expertise spans small business consulting, nonprofit accounting, and advisory work across industries including real estate, interior design, law, and medical imaging. Since 2019, Becky has served as Director of Finance for Sola Salons, overseeing accounting and financial functions for 13 locations across the Richmond and Hampton Roads regions. She is a member of the Virginia Society of CPAs.
